The finalists of the competition held among the students and jointly organized by the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ministry of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Azerbaijan, “Kapital Bank” OSC, Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC) and Innovative Business Incubator.
65 students from 9 universities have taken part in the contest. The following business ideas have been selected from submitted 59 by the Board of Experts:
1. Khayyam Gozalov- UNEC, 4th course- “KhariBulbul” (“Karabah House)
2. AidaHasanova, Oder Aydinli- UNEC, 3rd course, Azerbaijan State University of Oil and Industry, 3rd course- “Azerbaijani Saffron”
3. Kerim Rzabeyli, Alpaslan Ismayilov- UNEC, 3rd course, Khazar University, 3rd course- “EcoRise” computer game
4. Eshgin Jafarov- UNEC, 1st course- “Misger.az”
5. Emil Aliyev- UNEC, 2nd course- “Flame” Jewellery
6. Sabina Najafzade- UNEC, 2nd course- “VitaDry” dried fruits
7. Fagan Chelebizade- UNEC, 3rd course- “TagWishes.com”
Students will present their business ideas in the final stage of the competition “Made in Azerbaijan” and the jury will define three winners among them. The final will take place on April 22 at 03pm at the main academic building of UNEC.
