Maharramova Svetlana Telman
She was born on August 27, 1967 in the Kamchatka region of the Russian Federation.
In 1985-1990 she studied at the Baku State University.
According to the appointment, from 04.09.1990 she worked as a chemistry and biology teacher at the secondary school No. 30 named after Shah Ismail Khatai in Sumgayit.

She currently works as a lecturer at the “Civil Defense” department of Azerbaijan State University of Economics.
She is married and has one child.
