Professional Experience
From 2018 to 2023, Rauf Mammadov served as a Specialist in the Project Management Department of the International Cooperation Division at UNEC.
Since 2023, he has been the Head of the Project Management Department in the same division.
Mr. Mammadov has collaborated with various esteemed organizations, including the British Council, the European Union’s Education and Culture Executive Agency, the German Savings Banks Foundation for International Cooperation (SBFIC), and the World Trade Organization (WTO). He has participated in the development and implementation of small, medium, and large-scale projects alongside local and international experts.

He holds the status of International Project Manager, awarded by the International Project Management Association (IPMA), Switzerland.
Achievements and Activities
Mr. Mammadov has participated in numerous international (United States, United Kingdom, Europe), regional, and national conferences, training sessions, and capacity-building programs. His achievements have been recognized with various certificates.
Currently, he serves as the coordinator for several European Union-funded projects under the Erasmus+ KA2 (Capacity Building in Higher Education) framework, including the REFRESH, Jean Monnet Module “Digiship,” and “EUPMO” projects.
Since 2023, he has been leading the Project Management Department of UNEC’s International Cooperation Division, further enhancing UNEC’s global academic collaborations and project initiatives.
