Mammadov Vahid Ismayil
He was born on September 15, 1950 in Muganli village of Dmanisi region of the Republic of Georgia.
In 1972-1977 he studied at the faculty of “Physics and Mathematics” of the Pedagogical Institute named after Nekrasbo in Kostrama.
1977-1980 – he was a lecturer of physics and military subjects at Sakize secondary school of Dmanisi region of Georgia;
1980-1989 – teacher of military training at Muganli secondary school;
In 1989-1990 he worked as a chief economist at the State Statistics Committee of Azerbaijan.

In 1991-1993, he worked in various positions in the combat training department at the Civil Defense Headquarters of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
In 1993-2000, he worked as a senior lecturer at the Civil Defense course of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Since 2001 he has been a teacher at the “Civil Defense” department of Azerbaijan State University of Economics.
He is married, has three children and grandchildren.
