The Mevlana Program

The International Relations Department of Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC) offers the UNEC students the opportunities to study abroad in the following directions:

1. Non- Erasmus Exchange Programs
2. Erasmus+ Exchange Programs
3. Mevlana Exchange Program

The main requirements of the NON- ERASMUS PROGRAM

1. The foreign university is not paid tuition fee
2. The student pays only transport and living expenses
3. The opportunity of studying for one or two terms
4. There is no competition on places
5. Students ECTS should be above 70
6. They should possess the country’s language fluently (English, French of German)
7. Only I, II and III year UNEC undergraduates
8. Non- Erasmus Exchange

 

Students can apply for studying in the following universities within the Non- Erasmus Exchange Program:

1. University of Montpellier of France
2. University of Siegen of Germany
3. Mycolos Romeris University of Lithuania
4. International Business School of Solbridge of Korea

 

Submission period:

Deadline for autumn term is May 20
Deadline for spring term is November 1

Admission of documents for UNEC students who want to get the Scholarships of the European higher education institutions for one or two terms within the ERASMUS+ EXCHANGE PROGRAM continues

Students can choose the country and university of their own choice on the offered places. Student can apply for offered every Erasmus+ Exchange Program. The winner of the Erasmus+ Program can take the program only once. List of universities and the places on universities can be increased within the academic year or a term.

The main requirements of Erasmus+ Program

1. Foreign University is not paid a tuition fee
2. Students’ transport expenses are covered
3. Students are paid scholarship within a term (the amount differs on the countries)
4. The opportunity of studying within a term
5. Competition on the places is available
6. Students’ ECTS should be above 90
7. They should possess the country’s foreign language fluently (English B2/C1)/ certificate of language skills may be required
8. Only I, II and III course UNEC Students

 

Students can apply for Erasmus+ Exchange Program in the following universities:

1. Babeş-Bolyai University of Romania
2. The University of Economics and Business of Poznan of Poland

 

Submission period:

Deadline for autumn term is April 1
Deadline for spring term is October 1

1. Transcript
2. CV (in Azerbaijani and English)
3. Passport or ID Card
4. Motivation letter for the university selected

UNEC students can take the MEVLANA EXCHANGE PROGRAM to study in more than 30 universities of Republic of Turkey for one or two terms.

Main requirements of the Mevlana Exchange Program:

1. Students do not pay tuition fee in the university to study
2. Students are paid monthly scholarship within a term
3. The opportunity of studying for one or two terms
4. The competition on the places are available
5. Students’ ECTS should be above 75
6. They should have the foreign language fluency (English B1/ B2 and Turkish)/ the certificate of language skills may be required
7. Only I, II and II year undergraduates and I year graduate students are eligible for the program

 

Submission periods: February- March of every academic year
