Murtuzova Emilia Aligulu
She was born in 1974 in Baku.
In 1993, she received a bachelor’s degree in “Finance and Credit” at the Finance and Credit Faculty of the Azerbaijan State Economic Institute, and in 2004 she graduated with a master’s degree in Finance and Credit.
She has started working since 1995.

Since 1995, she has worked as a secretary-typist of the Teaching Department of the Azerbaijan State Institute of Economics, and as an inspector of the department of Internship and Employment.
Since 2016, she has been working as a specialist in the department of Organization of Internship.
Married and has 4 children.
