Born in 1988 in Baku, Azerbaijan.
She has extensive experience in various roles within the field of Human Resources Management and is a co-founder and Deputy Chairperson of the “Azerbaijan Human Resources Association.”
She holds the internationally recognized SPHRi certification from the Human Resource Certification Institute.

Ms. Seyidzada is a lecturer at the “Career Planning and Development” Department at the Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC). Additionally, she teaches “Human Resources Management” and “Management” courses within the SABAH groups. She also holds a “Training of Trainers – Soft Skills” certificate, awarded by the UNEC Lifelong Learning Center in collaboration with projects conducted in Israel and Azerbaijan.
As a trainer, coach, and business consultant, she has established a successful career in personal and professional development. She is certified under the International Coaching Federation (ICF)-accredited Erickson Coaching Program.
