You conducted training on “Interactive Education in University Systems” for 100 teachers. You have had an opportunity of getting familiar with UNEC instructors closely within a week. How do you evaluate the UNEC’s pedagogical potential?
– I think UNEC instructors have a great experience and ability. In fact, they are very active. But in some cases their approach to group exercises is very tense. If they treat the issue simply then can achieve in a more convenient and growth oriented way. I suppose, to take part in the kind of communicative trainings is beneficiary for the teaching staff.
What are the most important factors in the development of the relevant areas of UNEC?
– Definitely to think about the university as an institution of higher education and to build the image and brand of the university is very important. Therefore, the teachers working here together should try with full force. I have already seen these changes and interactivity.
How do you think UNEC instructors benefit of this trainings.
– UNEC’s teaching staff could improve their skills on innovative technologies a little bit. In addition, the establishment of communication between the colleagues, the exchange of views on a number of skills were obtained. Detailed information about the methodology of the transition of teacher based training to a student-oriented training has been delivered within the period.
