The President of the Republic of Azerbaijan has signed a Decree on conferring the honorary titles to the employees of education.
According to the Decree signed on October 9 2015, the Professor of Azerbaijan State University of Economics Telman Alihuseyn oghlu Huseynov was awarded the honorary title of the “Honored Scientist” for his contribution to the development of Azerbaijan science and the training of highly qualified personnel.
