The article published in the joint scientific publication of the School of Political Sciences and Economics of Adam Mickiewicz University and Warsaw with the financial support of the Polish Ministry of Science and Education investigates the politicization of intellectual property rights in the context of the Karabakh conflict, which has been under the occupation of Armenia for nearly 30 years. The topic mainly analyzes the politicized aspects of intellectual property rights during the occupation of Karabakh, as well as economic and political trends related to the proper regulation and implementation of IPR. Legal clarification was provided to the violation of intellectual property rights, exploitation of goods and services, as well as other problems faced by Azerbaijan in this direction during the occupation of Karabakh, related to the limitation of Azerbaijan’s control over its territory due to the Karabakh conflict.
