Ulkar Garhanova was born on April 16, 1988, in Baku.
In 2005, she was admitted to the Faculty of Economic Resource Management at the Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC). In 2006, after successfully passing exams, she joined the Special Talents Group in the Faculty of International Economic Relations.
She graduated with honors in 2009 and went on to earn a master’s degree in Finance and Investments from Brunel University in London, United Kingdom.
Simultaneously, in 2009, she enrolled in the MBA program at UNEC, specializing in Marketing, and completed it in 2012.
Since 2010, she has taught part-time in the Special Talents Group and the SABAH Groups at UNEC, delivering courses in “Corporate Finance,” “Investment Management,” “Cost Formation,” and “Financial Analysis.”
In 2016, she joined the Department of Finance and Auditing at UNEC, where she was the first to teach the course in Corporate Finance in Azerbaijani.
