DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR REGISTRATION:

• Job number and password
• Original of the certificate;
• Original and copy of ID card – 2 copies;
• Original and copy of initial military registration card;
• Photo (on a white background) in the size of 3 × 4 – 6 pieces;
• Medical certificate on health (at the place of registration);
• Original and copy of tuition receipt;
• Notarized documents for exemption from education;
• Folder with thread – 1 piece

NOTE: Enrollees   admitted on a paid basis must pay the full tuition fee for the first year upon registration.

TO THE ATTENTION OF PEOPLE EXEMPTED  FROM  TUITION FEE! 

RIGHT FOR TUITION FEE EXEMPTION 

APPLIES TO THE FOLLOWING PEOPLE:

• Citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan with the status of IDPs;
• Member of a family with the status of a martyr’s family – up to 23 years of age;
• Children of citizens who became disabled during the protection of the territorial integrity, independence and constitutional order of the Republic of Azerbaijan;
• Children of citizens who died for the freedom, sovereignty and territorial integrity of the Republic of Azerbaijan, went missing in connection with a military operation and were declared dead by a court;
• Children who have lost their parents and are deprived of parental care, as well as people among them;
• People with I degree disability;
• People  with II degree disability;
• Children under 18 with disabilities.

ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FROM ENROLEES EXEMPTED FROM TUITION FEE:

• Citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan with the status of IDPs:
• A copy of the IDP card registered and notarized by the end of 2019;
• Original and copy of birth certificate.

Member of the martyr’s family:

• Notarized copy of martyr’s family card;
• Original and copy of birth certificate.
• NOTE: Applicants over the age of 18 must obtain an independent certificate as a member of the martyr’s family. That person is exempted from tuition  fee  until he or she reaches the age of 23.

III. Children of citizens who became disabled during the protection of the territorial integrity, independence and constitutional order of the Republic of Azerbaijan:

• Original and copy of birth certificate;
• Document on the death of a parent during the defense of the Republic of Azerbaijan by the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Azerbaijan (or MIA). Reference or extract from the order (court decision declaring the missing person dead).

III a. Children who have lost their parents and are deprived of parental care, as well as persons among them:

• Original and copy of birth certificate;
• Notarized copies of death certificates of both  parents;

• Notarized copy of death certificate of a deceased parent; a notarized copy of the certificate of group I or II disability issued by the Medical and Social Expert Commission (MSEC) of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population of the other parent.
• The above applies to persons under 23 years of old studying full-time.

Note: If the disability certificate is not indefinite, the student is exempted from tuition fee  for the specified period.

Attention! Registration is not available without the participation of enrollees.

Applicants submit the required documents within the period announced by the State Examination Center from Monday to Friday  from 10:00 to 17:00 (lunch break from 13:00 to 14:00) in the main educational building of the college (Nizami District, R.Teymurov 73)
