Then the students visited the martyr’s family. At the meeting, Teymur’s mother Yaseman shared her memories about her son and told about his short but honorable life path: “Teymur was a very family-oriented, funny, kind son, every time he came home, he always had a smile on his face. Even when he was in the war, he called, never stopped joking, his mood was always high. He took care of his soldiers as I took care of him. He left us a lifetime of pride. “My boy has found eternity in the land of his homeland.”
Students also visited Teymur’s room. The martyr’s military uniforms, diplomas, pictures, and even the last money left in his pocket were exhibited in the room.
At the meeting, Teymur’s beloved niece, 7-year-old Mehri, recited a poem written for her uncle, giving everyone emotional moments:
“The soldiers are coming back, I am waiting for their way.
Everyone is happy and laughing, I want to be happy.
My grandmother and mother are sad, I say “don’t cry”.
I believe in the future, it is my star, my moon.
Let the universe know, Teymur is my uncle.”
