The memory of martyr Huseyn Muradov was commemorated
May 10 is the birthday of Huseyn Muradov, a graduate of the Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC), a martyr of the Patriotic War, he would have been 28 years old if he had lived.
The leadership of the Nizami District Executive Authority, the chairman of the YAP Nizami district organization Ramil Valibayov, public representatives and the staff of UNEC took part in the commemoration ceremony held in Shahidler Khiyaban, Nizami district.
The Dean of the Faculty of Economics, Associate Professor Elchin Eyvazov, Deputy Deans, Chairman of the Student Union Committee, Ilkan Aliyev, and students visited the martyr’s grave, honored his dear memory, and laid flowers in front of his grave.
Huseyn Muradov was born on May 10, 1994 in Jafarkhan village of Saatli district. After graduating from secondary school in Baku, he studied at the Faculty of General Economics of UNEC in 2011-2015. After completing his higher education, he served in the military in Murovdag in 2015. He participated in the April 2016 battles. On September 21, at the invitation of the Ministry of Defense, he left for the military unit to participate in training as a reserve soldier. He participated in the Patriotic War from September 27. He fought as a machine gunner in the battles that started in the direction of Fuzuli. On October 8, he was martyred in the battles for Hadrut.
After his death, he was awarded the “For the Liberation of Jabrayil” and “For the Fatherland” medals.
