In accordance with the decision of the UNEC Scientific Council, at the conclusion of each semester, the 15 students with the highest Grade Point Average (GPA) in each academic year are included in the Rector’s Recognition List and are awarded a targeted scholarship equivalent in value to the Excellence Scholarship.
The “TOP 15” scholarship is provided as a supplementary financial incentive in addition to the state-funded scholarship and is financed from UNEC’s internal financial resources.
This scholarship is awarded at the undergraduate level and is determined irrespective of specialization for each academic year.
Additionally, based on the decision of the UNEC Scientific Council, first-year students who score 600 or more in the university entrance examination are granted an additional scholarship of 100 AZN during their first semester, funded from UNEC’s special resources.
