The Professor of Uludagh University starts trainings in UNEC’s Winter School
The winter school organized for young teaching staff members is in progress in Guba Training, Sports and Resort Complex of Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC).
The experienced professor of Uludagh University Erjan Dulgeroghlu spoke about the “fundamental conditions and characteristics of developing as an experienced university instructor in the world experience” on the first day of the training on “Teaching Methods for Young Instructors”.
Then the Advisor to the Rector of UNEC Elshan Baghirzade has made a presentation on the Differentiated Salary System applied at UNEC. He informed about the aim, main features and software of the applied system; replied young instructors’ questions on the on the issue.
To ensure efficient pastime teaching staff members watched a documentary film “Eternal Mission”. The film produced by Arzu Aliyeva is about the fate of the delegation under the leadership of Alimardan bek Topchubashov sent to Paris Peace Conference by Azerbaijan People’s Republic in January 1919.
