UNEC continues its training sessions designed for administrative staff to consistently enhance efficiency in human resource management.
Head of the “Career Planning and Development” Department, PhD in Economics, Rashad Maharramov, conducted a session on “Career Development and Training Planning.” Associate Professor of the department, Afag Huseyn, held a training on “Performance Evaluation,” while Head of the Legal Department, Kamala Bunyadova, led a session on “Labor Legislation and Legal Regulations.”
