The current situation of scientific journals published at UNEC is discussed

The rector of UNEC Professor Adalat Muradov met with the heads of relevant structures in order to discuss the current situation of scientific journals published at UNEC.
At the meeting, rector Adalat Muradov spoke about UNEC’s strategic goals. He said that by 2030, the main goal of UNEC is to have 3 scientific journals indexed in the Web of Science and Scopus database. The rector drew attention to the implementation of purposeful measures in this direction.
Then UNEC vice-rector for science Professor Sakit Yagubov gave a presentation on the current state of journals published in UNEC, informing about the set goals, problems, and the work done.
After the presentation, proposals were made.
