New appointment at UNEC

Farrukh Tuzcuoglu was appointed a Dean of the School of Turkic World of Administration of Azerbaijan State University of Economics. Farrukh Tuzcuoglu who received a Degree from Ankara University, got his graduate education at the Suleyman Demirel University. Getting his doctoral degree at the University of Sakarya Farrukh Tuzcuoghlu served here as a Head of the Department for a long period of time and afterwards he run the college carrying out the activity under the Sakarya University.
