At the meeting, Neman Muradli, vice-rector for international relations and programs of UNEC, and Afat Alakbarova, head of the sector of foreign relations of the department of international cooperation, informed about the opportunities provided by the university to foreign students, as well as the “Erasmus Student Network-ESN”, which has just been launched at UNEC.
Then the students’ questions were heard and their concerns were resolved on the spot
It should be noted that in the 2023/2024 academic year, 152 foreign students from the People’s Republic of China, Russia, Israel, Turkey, Georgia, Ukraine, Turkmenistan, Nigeria, Afghanistan, Iran, Uzbekistan, Pakistan, Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan were admitted to UNEC. In total, 391 foreign students study at UNEC. The number of foreigners studying at UNEC within the framework of educational grants and state programs is 14 people.
