Zeiss Primotech Microscope Donated to UNEC
The Carl Zeiss company’s official representatives in Azerbaijan, “AMK Medical & Science” and “Medeks,” have donated a Zeiss Primotech microscope to the Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC).
A presentation ceremony was held at UNEC to mark the occasion, attended by Vice-Rector for Science and Innovation, Professor Rovnag Rzayev; Head of the “Engineering and Applied Sciences” Department, Associate Professor Tural Naghiyev; and Director of the Laboratory Management Center, Associate Professor Ramil Sadigov.
During the event, the microscope was officially presented. It was installed by specialists from “Medeks” in the laboratory of UNEC’s Composite Materials Scientific Research Center and handed over in full working condition.
On behalf of the university, Professor Rzayev expressed gratitude to the leadership of both companies for their attention and support.
Company representatives also toured the laboratory facilities in UNEC’s third academic building. During the meeting, potential future cooperation in equipment servicing and procurement of new laboratory technologies was discussed.
