Vice-rector of Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC) for International Affairs and Programs Shahin Bayramov participated in the “Advanced Executive Leadership Program” held in New York, the USA.
The executives of different companies, corporations and higher education institutions joined the event organized by the American Management Association International.
Practical trainings on leadership qualities, vision, mission and goals, strategic decision- making, personnel and risks management, communication and negotiation skills, crisis management and other issues were conducted during the three- day intensive workshops. The only representative of the European continent Sh.Bayramov took active part in the seminar.
