The Vice-rector of Azerbaijan State University of Economics for International Affairs and Programs Assistant Professor Shahin Bayramov’s article on Main features of Academic Leadership: Reflections from Humphrey Fellow” has been published. The paper published in the magazine Diva International (the new title International Diplomat) Geneva, Switzerland is prepared by the Hubert H. Humphrey fellow Sh.Bayramov within the Program. The main features of academic leadership and management of academic structures within the higher education institutions in the example of US Universities have been spoken about in the article. Relevant bibliography has been on university administration and the experience of Pennsylvania State University with nearly hundred thousands of students have been used.
