A meeting in a virtual format was held between the Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC) and the University of Malaya on the initiative of the Azerbaijani Embassy in Malaysia.
According to AZERTAC, UNEC was represented at the meeting by a delegation led by Neman Muradli, Vice-Rector for International Relations and Programs of the university.
The University of Malaya was attended by the heads of various departments and research centers, led by Professor Siti Nurshina Mohd Zain.
During the meeting, the sides exchanged views on the experience of international cooperation between UNEC and the University of Malaya. The existing opportunities for the establishment of scientific and pedagogical relations between the two universities, including student and teacher exchange programs and the expansion of cooperation were discussed.
It should be noted that this meeting is one of a series of events organized by the Azerbaijani Embassy to expand cooperation between the leading educational institutions of the two friendly countries. Thus, similar meetings have been held with Azerbaijani universities with the Malaysian Institute of Islamic Understanding, Mara University of Technology (UiTM), National Defense University and Sultan Azlan Shah University.
