A ceremony of presenting certificates to teachers and employees who successfully completed “Soft skills” training was held at UNEC.
Speaking at the event, the director of Lifelong Education Center, Galandar Mammadli, informed about the project. He said that the trainings on “Soft skills” were conducted in 4 modules by UNEC teachers trained in this direction in Israel. 194 academics and 278 administrative staff successfully completed the trainings on “Time management skills”, “Communication skills”, “Team cooperation skills”, and “Problem solving”.
Rector of UNEC Professor Adalat Muradov congratulated the training participants and expressed his confidence that the knowledge and skills acquired by teachers based on international experience will have a positive effect on the quality of teaching. The rector said that the demand for unchanging skills is increasing in the changing world and spoke about the importance of teachers having modern knowledge and skills in the subject they teach. As a continuation of “soft skills”, he said that the trainings on improving the digital skills of teachers will be started soon.
Then certificates were presented to the training participants.
