“One Window” system of UNEC: What education certificates can we get?
Since 2019, the “One Window” service has been operating at UNEC.
The goal of the project is that students can apply to a single centre and obtain the required educational documents in the shortest possible time.
Through the “One Window” system, a student can apply for the service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from his personal office to prepare the educational certificate he needs.
One-window service provides students with academic transcripts, certificates on tuition, fees, military service, and graduation certificates, as well as certified copies of references and educational documents (certificate, diploma) for part-time students.
The prepared document is confirmed with a signature and seal and sent to the student’s personal office in PDF format with a QR code.
Documents are issued in Azerbaijani and English languages, depending on the student’s request.
Certificates in English have been issued since the 2022/2023 academic year. This innovation frees students from notary fees for translation and certification of documents into English.
