UNEC′s e -Library is launched
The new e-library of Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC), which meets international requirements, has been made available to lecturers and students.
Director of the UNEC Library Information Center (LIC) Adila Abdullayeva also made an extensive presentation of the Electronic Library on the official Facebook page of UNEC.
The academic staff of UNEC and students will be able to use the e-library’s resources from their personal cabinets, and staff will be able to access them by username. The electronic library has a detailed search for resources. The search is carried out on both UNEC electronic resources and subscribed databases. At e-library readers use IPR books, EBSCO’s Hyper book, ProQuest’s Ebook Central database, as well as open resources, such as Cambridge University, IKSAD Summer House, Ankara and Istanbul Universities, The Universal Digital Library, World Digital Library, ECONBIZ. These databases contain thousands of e-resources in different languages.
All information about UNEC LIC is collected on one platform in the electronic library. For the first time, the platform allows you to search the library’s electronic catalogue.
“Ask the Librarian” service panel also provides questions and answers that are of interest to readers and are frequently asked. In order to study the opinions and suggestions of readers, a section “Feedback and suggestions” has been created. It is free to express any opinion, suggestion and comment on the library activities. Information on the structure of LIC, library volunteers, projects, social media activities, and library communications can also be obtained from the e-library.
