The scientific journal of UNEC has been indexed in the Scopus database!
The scientific journal of Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC), UNEC Journal of Engineering and Applied Sciences, has been indexed in the Scopus database.
It is gratifying that the journal was indexed in the international database by Scopus without any objections based on UNEC’s initial application.
Since 2023, the UNEC JEAS journal has been an official member of Crossref, the official registration agency for Digital Object Identifiers (DOIs), in accordance with international standards. All published articles are assigned DOIs approved by the agency. In addition to Crossref, the journal has been indexed in Index Copernicus, WorldCat, Google Scholar, Eurasian Scientific Journal Index, Cite Factor, Directory of Research Journals Indexing, Cosmos Impact Factor, and Scientific Indexing Service databases in a short period.
Another achievement of the journal in 2024 was its inclusion in the prestigious “Chemical Abstract Service” (CAS) database. Since its inception, a total of 57 scientific articles have been published in the journal. Over 160 citations have been made to 37 of the published articles by journals indexed in the Scopus and Web of Science databases.
Published since December 2021, the UNEC Journal of Engineering and Applied Sciences is available both on its official website, www.unec-jeas.com, and in print. The journal is issued twice a year, in May and December. The editor-in-chief of the journal is UNEC’s Vice-Rector for Science and Innovations, Professor Rovnag Rzayev.
