The diploma of martyr Farhad Farhadli, a graduate of UNEC, was presented to his family
A meeting was held at UNEC with the family of Farhad Farhadli, a graduate of UNEC, who was martyred in the Patriotic War.
First of all, together with the family of the martyr, the Chairman of the Trade Union Committee Rufat Suleymanli, the Chairman of the Student Trade Union Committee Ilkan Aliyev and active students laid flowers in front of the Memorial-Commemorative Complex erected in memory of the martyred graduates and students of UNEC and honored the dear memory of the martyrs.
Rector of UNEC Professor Adalat Muradov met with the parents of the martyr and said that the memory of heroes like Farhad will always be cherished by our university, and their parents and families will always be surrounded with attention and care as a member of the UNEC family.
Then Adalat Muradov handed over Farhad Farhadli’s diploma to his parents.
It should be recalled that Farhad Farhadli took part in the Patriotic War started on September 27, 2020 by the Armed Forces of Azerbaijan for the liberation of the territories under the occupation of Armenia. On October 20, he was heroically martyred while rescuing wounded soldiers in the battles for Gabriel.
After his death, he was awarded the “For the Motherland”, “For the Liberation of Khojavendin”, and “For the Liberation of Fuzuli” medals.
