UNEC Staff in Jojug Marjanli
Members of UNEC NAP Women Board have made a trip to Jojug Marjanli province of Jabrayil region exempted from occupation on the occasion of the Day of Azerbaijan Armed Forces.
Firstly, UNEC staff paid tribute to the National Leader Heydar Aliyev’s memory laying a wreath and flowers in front of his grave. They also visited the memorial erected to the “April Martyrs”.
Meeting with the soldiers of the N unit situated in the Shukurbeyli province which is near the Lalatepe height, delivered the university rector, Professor Adalat Muradov’s congratulations to soldiers and officers on the eve of the Day of Armed Forces, wished them success in their honorable service. It was said our glorious army will gladden our people with victories and soon liberate our occupied lands.
Later, the officers and soldiers distinguished in the service were awarded honorary diplomas and gifts.
The trip was arranged with support of the Ministry of Defense and Fizuli region Executive Power. Chairperson of the Public Unit “Women of the XXI Century” Mahira Amirhuseynova and Honored Journalist Flora Khalilzade also participated in the tour.
