Students of UNEC’s International Graduate and Doctoral Studies Ilhame Gasimzade attended a seminar on “Young People for Human Rights” held in Warsaw in the content of Azerbaijan delegation.
Seminar is organized within the cooperation of Polish Ministry of Education and Education System Development Foundation. The subjects of the seminar are activities of young people in the field of Human Rights. The main objectives of the seminar are to present good practice from the represented countries and work on possible future developments.
Human Rights in the digital environment, activation of young people in the field of Human Rights, in frame of civic society, especially youth organizations and cross-sectorial cooperation for supporting young people actions in the field of Human Rights were debated in the seminar.
Ilhame Gasimova participated in the working group on activation of young people in the field of Human Rights, in frame of civic society, especially youth organizations. She made a presentation of Azerbaijan experience in the field of activation of young people.
Azerbaijan’s participation in the cooperation between the V4 and the Eastern Partnership countries was appreciated highly in the opening ceremony. In addition, the delegation met with the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Republic of Azerbaijan to Poland Mr. Hasan Hasanov during the trip.
