The amendments have been made to stimulate the UNEC employees, to increase the number of articles published in the influential, prestigious scientific journals, and to enhance the scientific competitiveness at the university, to increase the effectiveness of research , as well.
Consequently, the onetime cash prizes have been institutionalized for the UNEC employees published their scientific works in the journals included into the A&HCI, SSCI and SCI-EXPANDED reference indexes of the “Web of Science” platform of the company “Clarivate Analytics”. The article published in the journal with the impact factor of 3,01 and above for the last year will be assessed in the sum of 4000 AZN, for the journal with the impact factor of 2,01 – 3,00 the sum will be 3000 AZN, for the journal with the impact actor of 1,01 – 2,00 the sum will be 2000 AZN and for the journal with the impact factor of 0,01 – 1,00 the sum will be 1000 AZN.
The UNEC employees for publishing the full text of their reports in the books of the scientific conferences, included in the reference indexes “CPCI-S” and “CPCI-SSH” on the “Web of Science” platform will also be rewarded the onetime cash prize in the sum of 500 AZN for the each scientific report.
The UNEC employees publishing their articles in the scientific journals included into “SCOPUS” reference indexes belonging to the company “Elsevier” will also be rewarded. Consequently, for that article has been determined the onetime reward in the sum of 2000 AZN (the impact factor is 3,01 and above), 1500 AZN (2,01 – 3,00), 1000 AZN (1,01 – 2,00), 500 AZN (0,01 – 1,00).
If the published work is included into both “Web of Science” and the “SCOPUS” the reward will be presented only on one of them and the right of selection will be given to the employee.
