UNEC Professors have made Speeches in the International Conference
The Professors of the Department Management of Azerbaijan State University of Economics Kamil Shahbazov and Heydar Hasanov participated in the XI International Scientific- practical Conference on “Modern Management: Problems and Perspectives” held at Saint-Petersburg State University of Economics.
H.Hasanov has made a speech on “Impact of the National Mentality to the Management of the Businesses” in the plenary session of the conference. He has spoken about the national characteristics that Azerbaijan companies possess in management. He disclosed features of individualism, cooperation and adaptation to changes quickly owned by Azerbaijanis in the materialization ways to manage business organizations within the report.
Professor K.Shahbazov has made a report on “Strategy of Innovation Management in Azerbaijan” in the section of the conference on “Management of Innovation Processes in Economics”.
