The Next Award of UNEC: “Outstanding Higher Education Organization”
The Science Development Foundation under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the world’s leading scientific and analytic information provider and source “Thomson Reuters” presented Web of Science Awards-2016” intended for Azerbaijan’s scientific community on November 8.
The list of winners was drawn up on the basis of the leading scientific search platform in natural and social sciences and humanities “Web of Science”. Analysis was conducted by the experts of the department of scientific researches and intellectual property in cooperation with the Science Development Foundation under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan and “Thomson Reuters”.
Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC) was presented the award on the nomination “Outstanding Higher Education Organization”. UNEC’s scientific activity and university employees’ articles published on the prestigious journals were based on in granting the award.
UNEC employees attended seminar- training on “Azerbaijan’s Scientific Journals-Progress towards the International Level” after the rewarding.
