UNEC Startup Incubator’s HIRPO Startup Secures €50,000 Grant

The HIRPO startup, developed within the Startup Incubator of the Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC), has been awarded a €50,000 grant under the prestigious “Star Venture” program of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).
HIRPO specializes in providing businesses with AI-driven solutions for the evaluation and automation of employee performance assessment, thereby enhancing operational efficiency.
It is important to note that the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) is a globally recognized financial institution dedicated to supporting businesses in emerging markets. The “Star Venture” program selectively identifies and accelerates the growth of the most promising and innovative startups.
As one of the 11 innovative startups selected from Georgia and Azerbaijan for this program, HIRPO intends to utilize the grant to accelerate its growth trajectory, enhance its technological capabilities, and expand its presence in international markets.
