UNEC Students visit the Guba Cemetery
On April 24 teaching and student staffs of Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC) have visited mass grave situated in Guba city on the occasion of the so-called Armenian genocide. It was noted that a series of aggressions by Armenians have been committed and blood of thousands of innocent people poured by Armenians in the region after they started to pretend for so-called Armenian genocide. The fictional Armenian genocide is a political ideology based on lies and slanders and serves to sow the seeds of hostility among nations. This ideology is also glorifying the war. Ultimately, the slander is the feeling of hostility directed to Turkey and Azerbaijan being anti-Turkic ideology. The sacred duty of every citizen of Turkey and Azerbaijan is to expose such false claims.
Students have been provided with the detailed information about the slaughters perpetuated by Armenians in Guba in 1918. Becoming familiar with the facts of tortures and murders of innocent people, the participants have paid tribute to the victims of genocide and laid flowers to the cemetery.
