CGMA Emerging Leaders Competition is a business competition designed to select the best of tomorrow’s young business leaders. The purpose of the competition is to support the development of students’ knowledge and skills in the field of finance and business management and to promote the demonstration of these skills.
This year, 392 students from 21 universities in 8 countries, including Azerbaijan, have participated in “CIMA-Emerging Leaders Competition 2020”. The final stage of the four-stage competition was held online in Poland.
UNEC has been represented by “The Going Concern” team. The team was led by Agil Azizov, director of International School of Economics.
In the final stage of the competition, the UNEC team competed with Russia’s Team “Team ICFO” and Ukraine’s team “Team Fortune”. The UNEC team won the intense and interesting competition.
The members of our winning team are this year’s graduates of the International School of Economics Miralam Akbarli, Samir Mammadov, Ayla Aliyeva and Arzu Tofigli.
