UNEC Student’s Team Wins Azerbaijan Round of the International Robotics Olympiad!

A team led by Ashurbay Mammadzadeh, a student at UNEC’s Faculty of Digital Economy and the leader of VerseTech, has achieved a remarkable success in the Fibonacci International Robotics Olympiad’s Azerbaijan round.
The team secured 1st place in the HealthTech Entrepreneurship Challenge category, surpassing their competitors.
The next stage of the competition will take place in April in Antalya, Turkey. The winners of the Antalya round will qualify for the Grand Final, which will be held in Rome, Italy in the summer of 2025.

The event brings together young engineers and entrepreneurs from around the world, offering them a platform to develop and showcase their technological and business ideas.
