Doctor of Economic Sciences, prof. Elnur Mahammad Sadigov<\/span><\/h4>\n

He was born in Beylaqan city in 1963.<\/p>\n

In 1980 he entered \u00a0\u00a0Azerbaijan State Institute of National Economics named after D.Bunyadzadeh, the faculty of Finance-loan, and\u00a0 \u00a0graduated in 1987.<\/p>\n

In 1981-1983 he served in military service in the ranks of Soviet Army (Aviation, Novgorod).<\/p>\n

In 1987-1988 he worked as an inspector in the Department of \u201c Non-cash payments and cash settlement service for the people\u201d at the Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan, USSR State Saving Bank.<\/p>\n

He took \u00a0his post-graduate course at the Leningrad Finance and Economics Institute, the chair of \u201cMoney circulation and loan\u201d in1988-1991 years.<\/p>\n

Defending Finance, money circulation and loan qualification in 1991 he\u00a0 got \u00a0the title of candidate on economic sciences.<\/p>\n

He has been working as research assistant, lector, senior lector and associate professor at \u201cBanking\u201d chair of Azerbaijan State Economics University since 1991.<\/p>\n

He got education at the doctorate level of \u201cCash and securities\u201d department of St. Petersburg State University of Economics and Finance in 2001 and 2005 years.<\/p>\n

Defending Finance, money circulation and loan qualification of St. Petersburg State University of Finance and Economics in2005 he got the title of doctor on economic sciences of the Russian Federation.<\/p>\n

Since 2009, he has been the doctor on economic sciences of the Republic of Azerbaijan.<\/p>\n

From 2009, he has been the member of the board on PhD and doctor on economics\u00a0 \u00a0D.02.051 at the ASEU.<\/p>\n

Since 2015, he has been a professor at the Department of Economics and Finance of the St. Petersburg branch of the University of Finance under the Russian government.<\/p>\n

In 2011, by the Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, he was awarded the\u00a0 Taraggi\u00a0 medal for his services to the development of education.<\/p>\n

In October 2013, by the order of the Minister of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan, he was awarded the badge “ADVANCED EDUCATION WORKER” of the Republic of Azerbaijan.<\/p>\n

By the order of the Ministry of Science and Education of the Russian Federation dated May 12, 2015, he was awarded the title of Professor of the Russian Federation in “Finance, Money Circulation and Credit”.<\/p>\n

Since 2016, he has been a professor at the “Economics” department of the Polosk State University of the Republic of Belarus.<\/p>\n

Since 2017, he is a member of the editorial board of the magazine “VESTNIK” of Polosk State University of the Republic of Belarus.<\/p>\n

From 2000 to 08.09.2020 he worked as a scientific secretary of the Scientific Council of\u00a0 \u00a0Azerbaijan State University of Economics.<\/p>\n

He is currently a professor at the UNEC Department of Finance and Financial Institutions and a professor at the department of Economics and Management (part-time).<\/p>\n

He is the author of more than\u00a0100 scientific-methodical textbooks and manuals.<\/p>\n

Married and has two sons.<\/p>\n
