He was born in Aghdam region in 1969.<\/p>\n

In 1976-1986, he studied at the secondary school in Agdam region. In 1987-1989, he completed military service in the former USSR.<\/p>\n

In 1991-1996, he graduated from Baku State Institute of Commodity Research and Commerce with honorable diploma.<\/p>\n

In 1993-1996 and became a Chairman of the Institute\u2019s Students Trade Union.<\/p>\n

In 1996-2000, he worked as an assistant at that Institute\u2019s \u201cCommerce and Advertisement\u201d chair. Since 2000, he worked as a senior teacher at Azerbaijan State Economic University\u2019s \u201cCommerce and Advertisement\u201d chair. Since, 2004, he worked at the \u201cMarketing\u201d chair.<\/p>\n

In 2007, he successfully defended a dissertation at Azerbaijan State Economic University and received a degree of the Candidate of Economy.<\/p>\n

Since 2010, he has worked as an Associate Professor at Azerbaijan State Economic University\u2019s \u201cMarketing\u201d chair. Since 2012, he is a nominee doctor at the Institute of Economy of ANAS.<\/p>\n

In 2004-2014, he worked as a Deputy Dean of the \u201cTechnology and Design\u201d faculty. Since 2014, he became a Dean of Azerbaijan State Economic University\u2019s \u00abCommerce\u201d faculty.<\/p>\n

Currently he is an acting Dean of the Faculty of Business and Management.<\/p>\n

He participated in the International Leadership Program (Administration in Higher Education) by the US State Department in 2015 and awarded a certificate.<\/p>\n

By the Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated September 24, 2020, he was awarded\u00a0 “Taraggi” medal on the occasion of the 90th anniversary of\u00a0 Azerbaijan State University of Economics and for his services to the development of education in Azerbaijan.<\/p>\n

He is the author of more than 50 scientific works, as well as monograph, teaching facility, methodological instruction and curriculum. His 9 articles have been published in international magazines.
\nHe is married and has got two children.<\/p>\n
