He was born in 1964.<\/p>\n

He was educated on the speciality of\u00a0 economist-engineer at\u00a0 Azerbaijan Oil and Chemistry Institute named after M. Azizbayov (currently Azerbaijan State Oil Academy) in 1989 (military service in the Soviet Army in 1983-1985).<\/p>\n

In 1991-1993 he studied at the graduate course of Azerbaijan State Oil Academy.<\/p>\n

In 1999 he received Candidate of Economics, but in 2010 he got Doctors in Economics and assistant professor academic degrees.<\/p>\n

Labor activity:<\/strong><\/p>\n

1989-1991 – Institute of Oil and Chemistry named after M. Azizbayov, intern-researcher and engineer;<\/p>\n

03.1994-10.1995 – Institute of Oil and Chemistry named after M. Azizbayov, “Economy and management of\u00a0 cars” department, assistant;<\/p>\n

1995-1999 – Senior economist and chief accountant at \u201cTafakkur” University;<\/p>\n

1999 – Head of the Department\u00a0 at the Ministry of Taxes, Head of the Training Center;<\/p>\n

Since 2002 he has been working as a teacher at Azerbaijan State University of Economics.<\/p>\n

Head of \u201c Tax and Taxation\u201d Department, professor of the department \u201c Finance and Financial Institutions \u201c in 2008-2015.<\/p>\n

On October 6, 2017, he was awarded with the “Honorary Decree” of UNEC for long-term effective scientific and pedagogical activity.<\/p>\n

At present he is the head of the department of Economics and Management at UNEC.<\/p>\n

Research Areas: Investigation of Tax Policy and Tax Administration Problems.<\/p>\n

Currently, he is the head of the “Economics and Technological Sciences” (previously “Economics and Management”) department of UNEC.<\/p>\n

He is the author of 3 textbooks, 2 course books, 3 monographs and a methodical instruction on various fields of economics. More than 90 scientific articles have been published in the republic and abroad.<\/p>\n
