Was born in 1945.
\nHe studied at secondary school over 1951-1961 years.<\/p>\n

He entered the \u201cPlanning of people\u2019s economy\u201d at the \u201cEconomy\u201d faculty of the ASU in 1963 and graduated from the mentioned speciality in 1969.<\/p>\n

He worked as the junior scientist at the Institute of Economy of AzIEA from 1970 to 1977,\u00a0senior scientist over 1977-1980 years, senior teacher assistant professor at ASEU over 1980-1991 years and director of the department at ASEU over 1991-1996 years.
\nHe defended the candidacy dissertation in 1974. He has been the assistant professor since 1984.<\/p>\n

He has been the doctor of economic sciences since 2005 and professor from 2011. He is the Honoured Scientific.<\/p>\n

He was appointed the Director of the \u201cRegulation of economy\u201d department in 2006.<\/p>\n

From 2006 to September 2022, he was the head of the “Economic Regulation” department of the University of Economics.<\/span><\/p>\n

He was the member of the Expert Council on \u201cSciences of Economy and Law\u201d at the Higher Attestation Commission under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan from 2006 to 2008.<\/p>\n

Since 2008, he has been the member of the Specialized Defence Council at the ASUE.\u00a0He is also the member of the Council of Problems on \u201cEconomy Section\u201d of the \u201cOrganization and coordination of scientific researches\u201d in Azerbaijan, Scientific Council of the University, editing team of the \u201cEconomic sciences: Theory and Practice\u201d journal, as well as head of the Training-Methodical Council of the University.<\/p>\n

According to the Presidential Decree of the Republic of Azerbaijan signed on September 26 2011, he was awarded the title of “Honored Teacher” for his contributions made in the development of Azerbaijan education.<\/p>\n

He was the scientific editor of 150 scientific-methodical publications, 3 textbooks, 4 training aids, numerous manuals, 5 analytical reports submitted to state agencies, 3 textbooks with 100 more than printed pages translated from Russian into Azerbaijani language.<\/p>\n

By the Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated September 24, 2020, he was awarded the Order of \u00abGlory\u00bb\u00a0 on the occasion of the 90th anniversary of\u00a0\u00a0Azerbaijan State\u00a0 University of Economics and for his services to the development of education in Azerbaijan.<\/p>\n
