Head of General department \u2013 Muradov Rashad Huseyn<\/span><\/h4>\n

Muradov Rashad Huseynoghlu was born on April 29, 1977 in Baku.<\/p>\n

He started the secondary school No. 100 of Baku city in 1984 and graduated the same school in 1994.<\/p>\n

He graduated the specialty on \u201cLegal regulation of economy\u201d in \u201cNakhchivan\u201d University in 1994-1999.<\/p>\n

He has been working as a labour inspector at The State Labour Inspectorate Service of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection since 2000.<\/p>\n

In 2002-2004, he graduated the specialty of \u201cState and municipal management\u201d at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.\u00a0He worked as senior labour inspector at The State Labour Inspectorate Service of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection in 2004-2007 (specialist degree: 3rd<\/sup> grade civil servant).\u00a0In 2007-2014, he served as the head of the industry practice at the faculty of \u201cprofessional development of senior staff\u201d and teacher at the \u201cPublic Administration and management\u201d department of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
\nHe is currently a 0,5 staff of the Department of “Management” of Azerbaijan State University of Economics.<\/p>\n

He has worked as assistant rector at the Azerbaijan State Economics University since 2014 until February, 2015.
\nHe has been appointed as the head of the General Department of the Azerbaijan State Economics University since February, 2015.<\/p>\n

Since October 2023, he has been the head of the Internal Audit Department of UNEC.<\/p>\n

On April 29, 2016, he defended his thesis on \u201cTheoretical and methodological basis of the improvement of the budget process\u201d and was awarded the PhD degree in economics with the decision of AAC dated on 13th<\/sup> of September 2017.<\/p>\n

He is member of the New Azerbaijan Party since 2002.<\/p>\n

He is married, has got 2 children.<\/p>\n
