This plan must be prepared within the timeframe specified in the regulations and in collaboration with the Tutor Service.<\/li>\n<li>Based on the ILP agreed upon between UNEC and the learner, a contract must be signed for each subject.<\/li>\n<li>The contract with the learner must specify the amount payable for the credit(s) of the subject(s) taken by the learner. The credit fee is calculated by dividing the current tuition fee of the program offering the subject by 60 and multiplying the result by the number of credits taken.<\/li>\n<li>The assessment of the learner\u2019s knowledge is carried out in accordance with the teaching plan, the criteria outlined in the syllabus of the subject, and UNEC\u2019s internal regulations.<\/li>\n<li>If the learner successfully passes the exams, they must be provided with a transcript. The transcript should include the learner\u2019s surname, name, and patronymic, the name of the subject(s) studied, the credits, classroom hours, the education level at which the subject was taught, and details about the evaluation.<\/li>\n<li>Individuals with a bachelor\u2019s degree can earn credits only at the bachelor\u2019s level, while those with a master\u2019s degree can earn credits at both the bachelor\u2019s and master\u2019s levels.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>UNEC\u2019s Internal Regulations on the Organization of Educational Services for External Individuals to Earn Credits An external individual applying to earn credits at UNEC (hereinafter referred to as the learner) must develop an Individual Learning Plan (ILP) for the subjects they intend to earn credits in.
