The representatives of the diplomatic mission of Azerbaijan in Turkey, the heads of the higher education institutions spoke about Heydar Aliyev\u2019s unprecedented services in the field of legal, democratic and secular state building in Azerbaijan and emphasized that the genius leader was the creator of the idea of Azerbajanism. The UNEC delegation made presentations in the section meetings of the symposium.
