Shefchenko.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mansur Barkhudarov was awarded with the medal for his contributions in expanding relation between the two universities.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The cooperation ties between the National University of Kiev from which M. Barkhudarov graduated and Azerbaijan State University of Economics have been existing since 1987.
