Genocide victims\u2019 memories have been marked with a minute\u2019s silence during the event.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dean of the Faculty of International Economic Relations, Assistant Professor Mansur Barkhudarov characterized the Khojali tragedy as the most severe tragedy of the XX Century in Azerbaijan.
