While Azerbaijan was represented in SCImago by only 2 institutions in 2009, by 2026 the country is represented by 13 institutions.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">According to the SCImago 2026 ranking,\u00a0<span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/unec.edu.az\/en\/\">UNEC<\/a><\/strong><\/span>\u00a0ranks first in Azerbaijan.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Overall, UNEC has consolidated its position across 6 scientific fields and holds the leading position in Azerbaijan in \u201cEconomics, Econometrics and Finance\u201d, \u201cBusiness, Management and Accounting\u201d, \u201cSocial Sciences\u201d, \u201cEnergy\u201d, \u201cComputer Science\u201d, \u201cEngineering\u201d, as well as \u201cArts and Humanities\u201d.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h6 class=\"mod-articles-category-title \"><\/h6>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The SCImago ranking has announced its results for 2026.
