The academic staff of Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC) has taken part in the scientific conference devoted to the 93rd<\/sup> Anniversary of the National Leader Heydar Aliyev\u2019s Birthday held at the State University of Lenkaran.<\/p>\n

Head of the Department \u201cScience\u201d, Professor Zahid Mammadov noted the achievements gained in science and education are connected with the name and activity of the National Leader Heydar Aliyev\u2019s name during the conference held on \u201cUrgent Problems of the Modern Science\u201d.\u00a0 He said today young people\u2019s acquiring higher education and their involvement in solid scientific researches should be treated as the foundation of Azerbaijan\u2019s future development in the context of historical traditions and the principles of succession.\u00a0 Z.Mammadov emphasized the significance of joint holding conferences, discussions, scientific workshops, exchange of views in all fields of science to expand scientific relations and cooperation.<\/p>\n

Talking about the latest successful scientific achievements, Professor Z.Mammadov delivered detailed information on the Differential Payroll System<\/a><\/span>\u00a0based on the assessment of the academic staff\u2019s performances.<\/p>\n

The administration of the State University of Lenkaran noted that they would benefit from UNEC\u2019s experience in this field.<\/p>\n

Professor Zahid Mammadov has made a report on \u201cChanges and Goals in the Activity of the Central Bank in the Context of Global Challenges\u201d during the conference.<\/p>\n

Making a speech on \u201cConceptual Basis of Accounting\u201d, Head of the Department \u201cAccounting and Audit\u201d, Professor Sifariz Sabzaliyev gave detailed information about the identification of fundamental principles of accounting applied in the preparation of financial statements and the logical basis of these principles. He said the main goal of conceptual basis is the provision of the transparency of financial statements.<\/p>\n

UNEC scholars Zohrab Ibrahimov made speech on \u201cRisks in Banking and their Management\u201d, Emin Garibli on \u201cEvaluation Methods of Macroeconomic Development\u201d, Tarana Kerimova on \u201cEvaluation of Role of Domestic Investments in the Country\u2019s Economy\u201d during the plenary and section meetings.<\/p>\n

UNEC\u2019s textbooks and teaching aids were presented the Scientific Library of the State University of Lenkaran.<\/p>\n
