A second year undergraduate student of University\u2019s SABAH Groups Sevil Hajiyeva was elected \u201cthe best orator\u201d. The students of the same course on <span style=\"color: #000080;\"><a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/unec.edu.az\/en\/education\/bachelor\/test\/\">SABAH<\/a><\/span>\u00a0Groups Gunay Baghirova became 2<sup>nd<\/sup> and Ulviyya Akhundova 3<sup>rd<\/sup> in the nomination of \u201cthe best orator\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">It should be noted that the closing ceremony of the \u201cRepublic Youths\u2019 Debate Forum 2016: Spring\u201d project held by the Ministry of Youth and Sports, Public Association \u201cDebate in Civil Society\u201d took place on May 27.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"http:\/\/azertag.az\/\">AZERTAC<\/a><\/span>\u00a0announces that the video-report of the project took place at the beginning of the event and the information about the work done within the forum was given. It was noted that the Project is realized to raise students\u2019 awareness in connection with the President Ilham Aliyev\u2019s decree on announcing 2016 in Azerbaijan \u201cthe Year of Multiculturalism\u201d and to support the creation of a foundation for the dynamic development of the policy of multiculturalism. In general 60 trainings, 21 tournaments and 5 regional forums covering thousand young people have been held within the project.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In the end the winners of \u201cBaku Youths\u2019 Debate Forum 2016: Spring Cup\u201d were awarded. The regional debate centers of Lenkoran, Mingechevir, Shaki, Ganja and Ismayilli were awarded with special diplomas for the promotion of the Multicultural ideas among the youth.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Trainings and regional tournaments in the higher education institutions of 11 regions of the country (Baku, Sumgait, Ganja, Shaki, Ismayilli, Gusar, Lenkoran, Mingechevir, Shamkir, Aghdam and Sabirabad) are regularly held within the Forum every year.
